COVID-19 has not only raised a public alarm but has also posed a serious threat to the healthcare ecosystem in Nepal. All three tiers of the government have worked continuously and collaboratively to keep the virus in check and prevent further spread.

Nepal Health Conclave(NHC) 2021 an important discourse to advocate for crucial agenda related to health in Nepal. Through the event and further collaborations, we strive to boost health literacy, reform policies, highlight mainstream media’s role during the crisis, and make stakeholders in the healthcare sector as well as the general public aware of the status quo of Nepal’s healthcare system.

We hope that discourses such as the Nepal Health Conclave are continued in the future to keep the dialogue open about Nepal’s health sector.
